The Fine Print

Generally, when I use the phrase 'I was invited' it means that I was personally contacted and asked to come to a launch or event to try something in return for my honest feedback. These events may result in some free goodies, but I'll always be honest & truthful in any reviews and social media updates I post about the product/event etc. If a post is 'sponsored' or a 'collaboration' it may mean that I have received something (or the post idea was someone else's) in return for it to be featured on my site, I will always write a genuine, and honest post about said product/topic though. If a post is marked with an asterisks (*) then this is a sponsored post which I have received something for, but again it will always be my genuine feedback. If a post is a guest blog it means that it has been written by someone else (either a fellow blogger, friend, or company) these will not be my opinion or written in my own words, these will be clearly labeled and may include a bio and a link back to their site. If I mention a company with a link in my blog post and state that they have asked me to do something then this will usually mean it is sponsored in some way.

My site may contain some affiliate links, this does not cost you any extra money, it just helps to keep my site going and free for you to read :) These will be marked with an asterisks (*).

Competition Terms

I sometimes have competitions and giveaways on my blog, if you enter them then here's a few more bits of information that you should read :)

- The winner will be contacted via Twitter, Facebook and/or email so look out for it if you've entered one of my competitions :)

- Please don't enter without permission from a parent or guardian if you are under 18 as I may need your address if you've won!

- My competitions are only open to people in the UK for the time being (sorry overseas readers!)  

- Anyone found to break the rules (e.g. follow then unfollow) won't be put forward to win the prize and may be discounted for future competitions I hold.

- Prizes are non transferable and there is no cash alternative.

- I reserve the right to provide a substitute prize of similar value should I need to. (e.g. my cockatiel poops on the original!) 

- Postage of the prize will be covered however, any other expenses involved in claiming the prize are the responsibility of the winner.

- (Although this is unlikely) I reserve the right to suspend, cancel or modify the prize at any time (and for any reason) without notice.

- If you've won then please get in contact ASAP otherwise I'll have to choose another winner :(

- The winner will always be chosen at random (unless otherwise stated)
