Go Air Trampoline Parks (Cardiff)

Last week I was invited to Go Air Cardiff, so Mitch and I stopped by for a bounce and to see what they had to offer... Here's what you can expect if you fancy doing something a little different this summer:
Go Air have two locations; Cardiff and Manchester, but they have a place opening in Swansea in Autumn and are currently awaiting planning permission for Glasgow and Barnsley.
You can find the Cardiff warehouse in Llanishen which is open 7 days a week. Bounces start at £5 for 6 years and under (which includes mum or dad joining them too!) and for adults it's a £10er for an hour jump session - trust me, that'll be long enough!
As you can imagine, there's a lot of trampolines in the warehouse! But it doesn't just stop there, behind the main trampoline area there's a trampoline basketball section, a dodgeball den and a trampoline foam area! We absolutely loved the foam area, but take note - getting out of the foam is harder than it looks!
The staff were very friendly and helpful at Go Air, encouraging us to try flips and giving us feedback on our technique. We also stopped for a bite to eat at their cafe on site which had a really good variety of food and drink from sandwiches to fresh cakes, and ice slush drinks to coffees. All very reasonably priced and a nice atmosphere with lots of activity on the trampolines while we chilled out and had 5.
All in all, we had a brilliant hour at Go Air, Mitch was far more talented when it came to doing tricks on the trampolines, whereas I looked like a salmon attempting to fly (no, really..) we will definitely be visiting again as we are determined to hit the yellow ball in the foam pit!
